Shipping and Tax Information

We offer FREE shipping on all orders in the Continental United States for orders up to 20 pounds. In the event your order weighs more than 20 pounds, prior to processing your order we will contact you via email or telephone to respectfully discuss shipping options.

Orders within the Continental United States will ship via U.S. Priority Mail, U.S. Air Mail, United Parcel Service, or Fedex within 3 business days from our receipt of your order. We ship from our fulfillment center in California, therefore please allow 10-14 business days for shipments to arrive based on final destination.

We also offer FREE shipping to our customers outside the Continental United States with a $200 minimum order and send these orders via U.S. Priority International Mail.

We are required by law to charge 8.75% (from April 1, 2009) sales tax on orders being shipped to California residents. There are no taxes imposed on orders that ship to all other destinations.

About PayPal

For your convenience and security, we have selected PayPal to handle our credit card processing; you will see "Payments processed by PayPal" on the shopping cart pages.

Return Policy/Guaranty

You may return any item in its original condition and packaging for a refund of the purchase price of the products within 14 days of your receipt of your order, less any transactional costs (credit card charges, PayPal charges, etc.) and costs for shipping.

Please notify us within 5 days if any of your items arrive damaged.
